Hi There! I need your help. I have a Ipod Touch firmware 2.2.1. After I downloaded all 3 files (.rar) from Ipod Toucg 2G, I used the Winrar application to extract to a single file. It seems to work. But when I try to update the Ipod Touch using the iTunes, I got an error message: ” The Ipod could not be restored because the firmware file is not compatible”

How to use:
Check if you have a first generation or second generation iPod

Note:
You cannot DOWNGRADE to 3.0 on iTunes 9.
Downgrade to 2.2.1 first, then UPGRADE to 3.0.
