Google to Buy Hulu ….??

According to Associate Press ( Los Angeles) Google is involved in talks to buy Hulu, the famous online video site in US. As a owner of youtube, if it materialize, gonna be quite Strategic move by Google. Hulu broadcast shows from broadcasters i.e. ABC, FOX and NBC etc to personal computers.
Google earlier started its own similar service i.e. Google TV, but that hit by an opposition as major broadcasters blocked it and that still is continued. Interestingly, it needs to be checked, whether despite the Google acquisition of Hulu, hypothetically speaking, do the broadcasting rights also get passed?
