PayPal Inc. has sued Google for using trade secrets from PayPal’s mobile- payment business illegally. Allegations are that a former PayPal executive now at Google, stole PayPal’s confidential information. His name is Osama Bedier. It’s also worth noting that another claim of contractual breech by another ex-Paypal employee Stephanie Tileniu by hiring Bedier.

Both vendors are trying to work on storefront based on mobile business, in a way moving from traditional online transactions.

“Silicon Valley was built on the ability of individuals to use their knowledge and expertise to seek better employment opportunities, an idea recognized by both California law and public policy,” Aaron Zamost, a Google spokesman, said in an e- mailed statement. “We respect trade secrets, and will defend ourselves against these claims.”
