Sony Ericsson Promises Quality Comes First From Now on!

Sony Ericsson has had a bad image for a while now. They have not been able to perform with the best of them, because of the quality of their devices. But now, Nathan Vaultier, Managing Director for Sony Ericsson UK & Ireland, promises that these problems are in the past.
In an interview with Mobile News Nathan Vaultier announces the new direction for Sony Ericsson.
“You need to be very conscious of how quality issues impact on consumers. There is now a massive focus on quality throughout the company. It has to be in the DNA of the whole company and it is now front and centre.”
The change started with the W995 and a firmware update for the satio, but with the Vivaz the whole new image is out there for the world to be confirmed. Sony Ericsson is convinced with their new devices, the X10-family and the Vivaz’s, they can get the confidence back from both consumers and dealers.
