Apple sent out invitation letters on Monday for its event on 8th April. Invitation letter says Get a sneak peek into the future of iPhone OS. There is digit 4 at the background as well that means Apple will introduce iPhone OS 4.0 on 8th April. One major feature that people are expecting from next iPhone OS is “multitasking”. We will have to wait and see if new iPhone OS supports multitasking or not.

It’s Official Apple to approve Spotify iPhone app!

Recently Spotify had submitted an iPhone app to app store for review. There was a big discussion weather Apple will accept Spotify app or not as it will give competency to Apple’s iTunes very soon. But today Spotify CEO today confirms via a tweet that Apple has approved Spotify iPhone App which was in review process from few weeks. iPhone OS 3.1 beta now up for grabs

Just three weeks after releasing the iPhone 3.0, Apple has now made available the beta version of iPhone SDK 3.1 (build 9M2736a) for developers on its Apple Developer Connection site.

According to some sources, the new beta has MMS enabled by default, although it’s unclear whether it works with AT&T at the moment. Apple has also included 15 new OpenGL tools for 3D modeling and graphics, which will essentially help game developers.
